We’ll kick things off with a complimentary 15-minute video consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I’ll explain my approach, answer your questions, and help you decide if this is the right next step. No pressure, no pushy pitch—just clarity.
Once we begin, we’ll meet weekly for 50 minutes. That consistent rhythm helps us move beyond surface-level venting and start getting to the root of what’s really going on. Most of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to even begin. That’s normal—and I’ve got you.

You’ll start to notice the shifts: setting boundaries, speaking up, feeling grounded, trusting yourself more. Most clients see meaningful change within 12–16 sessions and then choose to taper to biweekly or conclude treatment feeling more empowered than ever
